At some point we all have heard sentences like “be your authentic self” or “just be YOU”. 

Yet, how many of us understand the meaning behind this expression?

​

What does being authentic even mean? 

 

Put simply, authenticity means you're true to your own personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure that you're under to act otherwise. You're honest with yourself and with others, and you take responsibility for your mistakes.

 

True authenticity occurs when your words, actions, and behaviours consistently match and accurately reflect who you are at your core. 

 

If we are being truthful, many of us struggle with expressing ourselves openly, mostly because we are scared of being judged, of being abandoned, of being rejected, of being laughed at or not being accepted.

This one Day Retreat was created with the intention to help you journey from the person you think you should be - based on your conditioning and upbringing - to the person you truly are.

​

We all want to be loved, accepted and seen for who we truly are but this is only possible when we are fearlessly authentic.
