Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system and with consistent practice can improve anxiety, immune response, sleep and gut health. Conscious breathing is a powerful tool for releasing stress, connecting to our body, enhancing self-awareness and intuition. There is much more under the surface of our daily operating system than we are aware of. The breath acts as the bridge between our conscious and subconscious minds. During a Breathwork Session emotions, memories or body sensations can be awakened. This provides healing and integration of our nervous system, physical and emotional bodies and creates the space to remember our bodies own innate healing power.

Workshop 1: Breath & Sound 

 Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation that we all have access to if we learn how to use it. In this Breathwork Journey we guide individuals into deep states of consciousness to access parts of themselves that usually function outside of daily awareness.

 

The session starts with an introduction to one of the oldest medicines on the planet: cacao. We love honoring this heart-opening medicine that has been around for thousands of years. Cacao and Breathwork is an incredibly

​

potent combination on our journey to awaken our soul and connect with our heart. After an explanation of the origins of this medicine, its history, custodians and potency we dive into the Breathwork aspect. Conscious Connected Breathing is simple, transformative and creates spaciousness and freedom from within. We finish the journey with a relaxing Sound Healing.

Workshop 2: YOGA, Wim Hof Breathwork & Cold Exposure (Ice Bath)

This workshop starts with a Power Yoga Flow guided by Marisol who is a certified Yoga Instructor. The level of the Yoga is very beginner friendly. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles. This sequence also helps the participants to arrive in the space and move out of their busy minds and connect to their bodies. 

 

Nico is a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor who will take you through a revitalizing and uplifting workshop experience. Wim Hof Breathing and Cold Exposure is focused on performance and physiology. The Wim Hof Method can be defined by its simple, easy-to-apply approach and its strong scientific foundation. It’s a practical way to become happier, healthier and stronger. After a simple, short and effective Wim Hof Breathwork we Nico will introduce the participants to the protocol of cold exposure.

 

Proper, guided exposure to the cold starts a cascade of health benefits, including the buildup of brown adipose tissue and resultant fat loss, reduced inflammation that facilitates a fortified immune system, balanced hormone levels, improved sleep quality, and the production of endorphins - the feel-good chemicals in the brain that naturally elevate your mood.

 

The Ice Bath is a powerful team bonding experience as we cheer each other on to overcome a shared challenge.
